Trail Riding Information

Please explore all the awesome trail riding experiences we now offer below.
 All trail rides MUST be made by reservation only; we cannot accommodate walk-ins.

All rides scheduled within 24 hours MUST be confirmed via TEXT 248-270-8520, as last-minute bookings can be difficult to accommodate. 

We can accommodate groups of up to 12 to 15 people at a time, depending on the riders’ experience and the number of small children.

All inexperienced children under 12 years old will need to be ponied by (attached with a rope to) one of our experienced wranglers. 
There will be an additional $25 ponying fee for each child on our Standard Two-Hour Ride.

Please be sure to communicate any special needs, handicaps, or physical limitations BEFORE booking, and we will see if we can accommodate your party’s needs. We reserve the right to decline service to guests who we deem are unsafe to ride with no refund if we are not made aware prior to booking.

We have a strict 48-hour Cancellation Policy. Once within that window, rides cannot be canceled or rescheduled. 
If you do not show up, complete your ride, or show up late, the ride is forfeited. 

Any rides booked within 48 hours are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Standard Two-Hour Trail Rides

$125 / Person
$25 / Ponying Fee for Children 8-11
Our most popular ride, this two-hour, walk-only horseback riding experience will take you through the North loop of Kensington Park, and (when weather conditions permit) we love riding through the Huron River. Depending on the size of the ride, sometimes we trailer in and sometimes we ride into the park. About 98% of our guests have never ridden a horse before or are total beginners. We always make safety a priority and ride to the least experienced rider’s ability and comfort.

Wednesday – Monday (Everyday except Tuesdays) at 11am, 2pm, & 5pm.

Winter Igloo & Hot Cocoa Bar Ride

Step into an enchanted winter wonderland where we are combining horses, snow globes, hot cocoa and s’mores for the ultimate winter riding retreat!
Enjoy a peaceful ride through snow-covered trails, then warm up inside our heated igloo with a gourmet hot cocoa bar, blankets and everything you need to make some tasty s’mores over our heated fire table!!

Private Rides

We offer private rides for couples, best friends or groups looking to guarantee a fun, peaceful and intimate experience tailored just for you. If you are an advanced rider our priavte rides will potentially allow you to pick up the pace, at your trail guide‘s discretion.

Meditation Trail Rides

$185 / Person

You don’t have to be a yogi or meditation guru to enjoy this high vibrational & healing experience. This is a three-hour ride where we stop in the middle and enjoy a cute picnic with snacks and refreshments. We then lead a guided Gratitude Meditation. Here we create a space to focus on our breath, become present, set our intentions and give thanks for all of the blessings that surround us. In Harmony Day Retreat

$333 / Person

This Day Retreat is a collaboration between High Vibe Trail Rides and In Harmony Yoga, a local yoga business based in Milford.

The experience takes place outdoors at Kensington Park and offers a beautiful blend of mindful movement, connection with nature, and community.
 
The event begins with 2 hours of guided horseback riding, followed by a 15-minute grounding gratitude meditation.
 From there, guests will move into a 45-minute gentle, hip-opening yoga practice led by a certified instructor from In Harmony. After yoga, we’ll gather for a light picnic and time for casual connection and networking.
 
This ride is designed to leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and deeply connected—to yourself, to the horses, to nature, and to the peaceful energy of the moment.
 
Total Experience Time: ~ 4.5 hours 
 
  We provide all horseback riding equipment and picnic items. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Guests should dress comfortably for yoga and be mindful that they may get a little dusty or dirty from the ride.

A yoga mat and any personal yoga props must be brought by each guest.

Baker's Ice Cream Sundae Ride

$185 / Person

We are excited to introduce our brand new "Baker's Ice Cream Sundae Ride" avialable every day at 2pm! Now that Dairy Queen is officially closed, we found another exciting way to combine our two favorite things - horseback riding and ice cream! This two-hour trail adventure has a pitstop at Bakers of Milford, a local gem known for their homemade treats and then a fun ride through the river!

We can either trailer into the park (up to 5 people) for a two-hour ride or, for groups larger than 5 people, we can ride to Baker's for a 3 hour loop with ice cream stop in the middle and the river ride afterwards. Get excited for an afternoon of fun and excitement for the whole family!

Full Moon Rides

Soak up all the healing, Full Moon energy with us as we host a nighttime ride and watch the moon rise over the tree tops. Make sure to sign up for this fun, mystical, and romantic experience as we ride underneath starry skies. The horses can see much better than us in the dark, but feel free to bring flashlights, headlamps, and reflective gear.

Early Bird Sunrise Rides

Join us for a peaceful, private ride where we get to experience the forest just as it's waking up. There's no better way to soak up the break of dawn and the colors of the sunrise than on horseback. This ride caters to the early birds looking to kickstart their day with the sound of birds singing and peaceful morning vibrations! The ride will need to be scheduled 48 hours in advance.

Private Proposal Rides

$600 | Package for Two People

We are always excited to accommodate new couples creating a memory that will last a lifetime! We're so excited to officially offer our Private Proposal Ride, which is a two-hour private ride through Kensington park. After the ride there will be a picnic with Champagne set up awaiting your arrival. Your trail guide will take pictures and videos of the proposal on and airdrop or send them to you after the experience!

Mother's Day Ride
